The HDX is the heavy-duty bus of choice for many of our customers. It features rear-engine design and has a capacity of up to 90 passengers. It is quiet and comfortable and the oversized windshield give the driver great visibility. It features a thermostatically-controlled hydraulic cooling system, larger brakes, a steel drop frame, optional transmission retarder for improved braking, optional air suspension, and a modular electrical system with exterior access featureing printed circuit boards with LED diagnostics for better reliability, easy troubleshooting and quick installation of accessories. It has a variety of storage and powertrain options and is the choice for many school districts running demanding and dense routes and for private schools looking for trip buses.
