You can order your parts 24/7!!! Our parts department can set you
up so you can look up all your parts online for your buses.
Contact Kevin Nichols to get you set up with this access. Once
set up, Thomas Built Buses will email you a user name and
password. You can use the Parts Attachment spreadsheet below to
enter your parts needed and you can email the .txt file this generates
to kevinnichols@wccressey.com
and this will be uploaded into Freightliner’s Paragon Parts
Ordering System. Using this in conjunction with the Target
Customer program can make your parts ordering easy and convenient
24/7.
We are also happy to help you out over the phone, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
